For some reason, nobody seems to want to hear this. People believe they can steal others' property, operate businesses and act in a negligent fashion with impunity if they don't declare their business to he a business. It's no surprise that the courts disagree.
@ReggieMiddleton has been warning about this for a while now. Court holds all DAO governance token holders can be held responsible for the actions and inactions of the DAO.
