This is very true, yet many insist on making standard, traditional political machine operations a charged partisan affair. Clayton (think @Veritaseuminc , @coinbase , @gemini , @binance , all the #ETF denials, @LBRYcom etc) was much more aggressive than Gensler while refusing guidance. Labeling to pick sides may be easier, but it muddies the waters and lessens the ability to truly see what is occurring, hence prevents one from making optimal decisions.
